I read this about Jesus today: "He is the Word, Radiance and Wisdom of the Father." It was from a letter of St. Cyril of Alexandria and he was quoting St. Athanasius.
It struck me as such a beautiful way to describe Him and I just wanted to share it.
And to think I received all this in the Eucharist today.
"The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it." (John 1:5)
"Take, Lord, and receive all my liberty, my memory, my understanding, and my entire will, all I have and call my own. You have given all to me. To you, Lord, I return it. Everything is yours; do with it what you will. Give me only your love and your grace. That is enough for me." - St. Ignatius of Loyola
